Interwoven World Series

Using a materials-based approach, Flanagan intends to provoke social change through her work. This series questions the current perception of nature as being separate from the human world. She looks at biodiversity of species, sustainable manufacturing, and the human relationship to the environment across painting, sculpture, installation, and photography.
