Works on Paper 2020

These works on paper use texture and the fluidity of paint to aid our memory when we attempt to recall these endangered species once they have been extinguished. These species (monarch butterfly and northern white rhino) have been placed on the Red List by the International Union of Conservation Nature (IUCN) which indicates when a global assessment finds evidence that there is a very high risk of extinction in the wild.
